Mr. Amando Cardenas, Senior Living Director of Smyrna, Georgia. He is always very busy, but he always makes time for everyone. He is a great listener and treats us all like human beings. Mr. Armando has a great staff. Everyone here is the very best anyone could wish for!

I moved to Delmar Gardens – Smyrna in April 2018 from another facility in Austell, GA. My daughter, Darra, lives close by. I have felt “at home” here from day 1! My apartment was like brand new and I’ve felt so welcomed. I made a point of getting to know the staff from the Maintenance crew clear up to Ms. Dawn. All good people, kind and caring! Oh, even the “Laundry Ladies” in the basement, that no one knows about!
I’m blessed to have good health and a good mind still! I think!
My husband, Glyn, was here for a few months in 2015.

My parents have lived at Delmar Gardens in Smyrna for over a year. Since the beginning of their stay, Darnetta has been an excellent caregiver and, more importantly, is the only one that can motivate my father to get up out of bed or to go to lunch.
