The Delmar Gardens Family offers training to become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) after you are hired as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Nurse Assistant Trainee (NAT).

Training is available at several of our local skilled nursing centers, including:
- Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield
- Delmar Gardens of O’Fallon
- Delmar Gardens South
- Delmar Gardens of Meramec Valley

Delmar Gardens is excited to offer you this opportunity to become a Certified Nurses Aide. Delmar Gardens will provide the class free of charge and provide you with training manual. The State of Missouri requires 175 hours of classroom training and on-the-job clinical training.
Earn pay during your clinical training, and once you complete the program and pass your exams, enjoy a significant raise and a $1,000.00 bonus! You will also be able to pick up extra shifts as your training schedule allows.
During your training, you are expected to remain in good standing as an employee by attending all scheduled classes and showing up for work on time for you scheduled shifts. You must complete the course and pass your certification test within 120 days of employment.
To receive the bonuses, you must remain as a full-time CNA in good standing with Delmar Gardens at the time the bonuses are due. In addition to pay and bonuses, on the first of month following 90 days of full-time employment you are eligible to participate in all the great benefits we offer our staff.
