REHABILITATION NURSES – Post Acute

The Delmar Gardens Family - 14805 N Outer 40 Rd. Ste. 300, Chesterfield 63017

REHABILITATION NURSES – Post Acute
RN Preferred – LPN with Experience Accepted

The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking qualified Nurses to be a part of an interdisciplinary, post-acute rehabilitation team that bridges the gap between hospitalization and home. Our rehab nurses work closely with our tenured therapists to design comprehensive, individualized care plans, most often, with a goal of successfully discharging each resident back home. If you are searching for a rewarding job and want to be a part of a winning team with a 99% success rate, this is the perfect position for you. Plus, our rehabilitation Nurse to Resident ratio is typically much lower and these candidates will enjoy a generous differential in pay. We also offer flexible scheduling options to include 12-hour, 8-hour and 4-hour shifts.

PLEASE NOTE: Rehabilitation Nurses are closely aligned with hospital Nurses for candidates looking for a career change!

DID WE MENTION?
Tuition reimbursement and forgiveness of up to $20,000 and Part-Time Health
Benefits to those who qualify.
