We are currently seeking an MDS Coordinator who is motivated and possesses excellent assessment skills. MDS experience in a senior care setting is required along with either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri. Familiarity with the electronic medical records is a plus.
